Paul Adler and Tripp Kramer, former cellmates in the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections and current wards of the state, are the two newest members of the free-thinking, hard-writing, hard-living nouveau literati that American society so fervently demands. Having given up prestigious and lucrative positions at their respective local liquor stores, Adler and Kramer have poised themselves to stage an elaborate and well-spoken coup d’état of the literary world. In the face of the impending American socioeconomic collapse, they one day plan on fleeing to an as-of-yet-undisclosed, post-war Eastern Bloc nation to start a narcoterrorist, sex-trafficking, gun-running empire, enforced by an army of child soldiers.
